About PayScripter

PayScripter is a product of Nicholas Idoko Technologies. These terms describe use of our marketing website and the basis on which we discuss Script Launch projects.

Quotes and project agreements

Script Launch starts at US$750. This is a starting price; the final price depends on your project. We review your script, requirements, compatibility, and required access before confirming a quote and schedule.

Clicking an email link or sending a quote request is an inquiry. It does not place an order, make a payment, or create a commitment to begin work.

Before work starts, the written project agreement will confirm scope, deliverables, price, timing, payment arrangements, and any applicable cancellation or refund terms. Agreed project-specific terms take precedence where they differ from this general description, subject to applicable law.

What the service covers

The launch package concerns one approved PHP or Laravel script. Its agreed scope includes:

• Installation on compatible hosting, with domain connection and SSL configuration.
• Branding through the script’s existing logo, color, and text options.
• Email configuration and one built-in payment integration using your approved merchant account.
• Testing of the agreed core workflow.
• A recorded walkthrough and handover.
• The setup-fix period described below.

Your agreed scope controls the work. New features, substantial redesigns, custom integrations, and ongoing maintenance require separate agreement.

Your responsibilities and costs

You must hold a valid script license for your intended use and permission to supply any branding, content, or access needed for the project. Script licenses, domains, hosting, and third-party subscriptions are paid separately from our service.

Provide accurate requirements, suitable access, requested materials, and feedback. Access restrictions, missing materials, or third-party dependencies can affect the schedule. Resulting changes should be discussed and agreed.

Third-party scripts and services

Script authors, hosting providers, payment processors, registrars, and other suppliers have their own terms and requirements. Our setup service does not transfer their intellectual-property rights or guarantee their approval, availability, security, or future compatibility.

Customer data, legal notices, regulated business activities, and ongoing operation of your launched website need to be addressed for your project and intended audience.

Handover and setup fixes

The package includes 14 days from handover to report and receive fixes for issues caused by our delivered setup. It does not include new features, unrelated defects in the original script, third-party outages, or changes made after handover unless separately agreed.

This support period does not reduce remedies or rights provided by applicable law.

Website use and outcomes

We aim to keep service information accurate. Availability and suitability are confirmed during review. Launching a script does not guarantee revenue, customers, search rankings, or a particular business outcome.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or misrepresent ownership of scripts or materials.

Concerns, cancellation, and rights

Email office@payscripter.com with questions, concerns, cancellation requests, or a problem with agreed work.

Cancellation and refund handling depends on your written project agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these website terms and show a new update date. A website update does not, by itself, change an existing written project agreement.
